3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, personalized items, and items marked as final sale.
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
4. Return Process:

- Ship the item back to the provided address at your expense (unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item).
5. Refunds:
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
